Bought a lovely Tiguan from here, on a very spontaneous visit. The car was in gorgeous condition and sold itself. The guys are really wonderful and not pushy at all. We were left to have a look around the vehicle at our own leisure without being hovered or bugged. Travelled beautifully all the way back down south and kept the flowers they had given me on arrival perfectly intact. Wonderful service all round and would definitely recommend.

Bought a vehicle from Mouselow a few weeks back and without exaggeration they have been absolutely superb from start to finish They have been patient, absolutely no hard sales pressure and above and beyond helpfulWe were buying a car to convert into a mobility vehicle for our son and they couldn’t have done anymore if they had tried to help us make sure it was the right vehicle before we bought it All the staff we have had dealings with were professional, polite, easy to talk to and just genuine nice people who want to look after their customers Even when I had some warranty work done they never tried to back out of this and they honour what they say they will do unlike previous experiences with other dealers we have bought through All in all a superb experience from start to finish, all their cars seem to be of an excellent standard and as a company we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will most definitely be coming back when we come to buy our next car Thank you Alex & team

I recently purchased a car from Mouselow Car Centre and found Mark and his team to be friendly and professional. Chris showed me the car and accompanied me for a test drive. This was a stress free experience with none of the usual high pressure sales tactics. There were one or two issues with the air conditioning system which delayed my purchase but it was reassuring to know that these issues were fixed properly before I drove the car away. Mark kept me fully informed. I would certainly recommend Mouselow to others.

Fantastic experience

I can honestly say, it was a pleasure dealing with Mark and his team from start to finish. No hassling, just let me look at the car in my own time. Sorted out a few niggles I had without any problem at all. I was picked up at the train station and taken to the garage, paperwork quickly sorted and I left with a beautiful bouquet of flowers! We bought an Audi TT Roadster from Mouselow around 8 years ago. It's now covered over 120k miles.. Most reliable car we've ever owned. Looked at several models before we picked this one and this was head and shoulders the best I saw. Nice genuine people to deal with, not pushy a slight issue we had with the screen wash was quickly dealt with after purchase. As far as we're concerned, a great dealership, and the car still brings a smile each time its driven. Will definitely revisit when it's time to change.

I recently bought a Fiesta from Mouselow and I cannot recommend them highly enough. No quibble repaint of a scuffed wing mirror and new locking nuts fitted before purchase. 3 months warranty. Replacement bonnet sensor and new electric window switch fitted a month after purchase with no hassle and a courtesy car provided for the day. I’m incredibly happy with the service and care from Mouselow and the ease of trade in with my old car and their professionalism throughout. A big thanks to Mark, Alex and Christopher. 10/10
